Writing for publication is challenging. It is more challenging for non-native English speakers because of the language it self. In a video below, produced by American Chemical Society (ACS), you will get some useful tips on writing your research for publication in Journals. Important lesson for me was that one should read scientific articles on a regular basis and write continuously-not necessarily for publication and then show it to your friends who are better on writing English to get some feed back.

Annapurna Base Camp is one of the best treks of Nepal as it is the combination of splendid natural scenery with the blend of cultures. Daily exercise prior to the trip is strongly recommended. February to June and September to December is the favorable time to enjoy this trek.
